There are a number of ways to find the exact VHS, VCD or DVD that you're looking for.
On our home page, in the top left hand corner (known as the Search Corner), you can find the following.

Search for Titles
Type in the title name (or as much as you can remember of it) and then glance over the selections that come up. For instance, if you're looking for "Freshman Fantasies," you could type in "Fresh", "Freshman," or "Fantasies" and get a list of titles. Then click on the title you want and find out more about it. This will take you to our detail page which will show a review, screen shots, the production year, the length, screen shots from the movie, comments and reviews and much, much more.

Search for Performers
You into Jenna? Juli? Vicca? Just type in your favorite star's name and see at a glance all the movies that they star in.

Search for Item Number

We assign Item Number to each product. If you know the item number, just type it in and you'll be whisked to that page.

Search for Type of Entertainment
What are you into? Don't tell us, but you can click on the "Search by Type" menu and see a wide range of sexual interests and fetishes that are sure to please.

Search for a Studio

If you're a real fan, you know what studio (or studios) you like, so we make it easy for you to get right to their products and see what's new. You can get the complete studio list and easily find their new titles by selecting the desire studio names and click on the search button.

MODIFING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Since we ship out most of our products the same day, if you notify us before 2 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, we will gladly to cancel or modifying your order. If we are notified after the order has shipped, there is no recourse.

SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping
· We give you the choice of UPS, Airborne, Federal Express, the United States Postal Service (or any other carrier you want). The fees are found in the chart below. Generally, the faster services are more expensive. However, we have negotiated good prices with major carriers that we pass on to customers.

International Shipping
· For international shipping you can choose from the carriers listed in the box below.

· Each international shipment is treated individually, with carriers and method of shipment tailored to the specific country.
· All of the above packaging and order preparation steps are taken, and, in addition, we can follow any specific instructions you have
Since we are located in the center of the adult film industry, Eonair.com is able to stock over 99 percent of titles In addition, we have an advanced order system that lets you keep up with the latest titles and order hits in advance. However, sometimes a title is so popular that it is out of stock. If we notify you that a title is on backorder, we will then give you the choice of shipping the partial order or holding off until it is complete. Because of the inconvenience, we will pay for the shipment of the back ordered merchandise.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When you first place your order, you will receive an email receipt that has the
Following information:
· The items that you ordered
· The sales order number.
· The method of shipment
With few exceptions, the items are sent out immediately after processing
Global mail and priority mail does not come with a tracking number. However, with any order larger than $50 domestic shipping, it will automatically have a delivery confirmation receipt that means that the Post Office will not deliver unless you (or someone you authorize) is there to receive the package.
If you have requested Airborne, UPS, Federal Express, DHL, or another carrier, then we send you a second email with your carrier tracking number.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Step 1: If there is something wrong with your DVD, VCD or VHS, please call our tech department and see if they can walk you through the problem (90 percent of the time that is enough.) That number is 1 (800) 266-0270.
Step 2: If the discussion with our technical department does not help, then we will assign you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
Step 3: Please ship the product back to us with the following information to us:
A. Sales order number
B. RMA Number
C. Brief explanation of the problem and the type of equipment you were using.
D. You will pay for the shipping to us. Keep track of the amount of postage. If the product is defective and we exchange it, we will pay for the shipping of the exchanged product back to you. If there is nothing wrong with the product, you will pay for the return shipping.
Step 4: We will test the product in our labs. If it is defective, then we will give you the choice of exchanging it for the same title, or getting a complete refund immediately.
Step 5: We will send you an email within 2 business days notify you of the status of your return.

NOTE: International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping if order does not clear customs.
NOTE 2: You can only exchange when the item is defective. No exceptions.
